The Elderflower Gimlet, is a clean and delicious sundowner cocktail. Served straight from the fridge in a martini glass, coupette or seamless wine glass, garnish with a lime twist.

Drink straight or add soda to create an Elderflower Spritz.  Made from floral & vibrant Australian elderflower, mixed with Ketel One Vodka, a dash of fortified wine, lime and then clarified to perfection.

Each ready-to-pour bottled cocktail is the equivalent of one and a half drinks.
