WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We ship Australia wide.
For orders to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, NT we offer free metro standard delivery on all orders over $120 For orders under $120 you will be charged $14 for standard delivery.
For orders to WA
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $150. For orders under $150 you will be charged $19.60 for standard delivery.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY COCKTAIL BOX WITH STANDARD SHIPPING?
We aim to have all orders shipped out to Australia Post within 48 hours of purchase from our Sydney warehouse, your delivery time frame will then vary depending on the location you are shipping too.
Please note we only ship Monday to Friday. While we do our best to ship any order placed on a Friday - Sunday on a Monday, this cannot be guaranteed due to high demand.

NSW – Currently 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Victoria – Currently 4-7 business days from dispatch.
Queensland - Currently 4-7 business days from dispatch.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free to metro area for orders over $120, except to WA where delivery is free to metro area for orders over $150.
Standard deliveries under $120 incur a $14 charge, in WA standard deliveries under $150 incur a $19.60 charge
Express delivery is $9 to metro area for orders over $120. For orders over $120 to WA express delivery is $21.60.
Express deliveries under $120 incur a $22 charge to metro areas, to WA express deliveries for orders under $120 incur a $30.80 charge.
Return Policy
Cocktail Porter has a 7-day return policy, which means 7 days after receiving products, you can request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that they were received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@cocktailporter.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package; cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
