Delivery Details 

COVID-19 Update

Cocktail Potter is a COVID safe business and are focused on delivering a safe experience for our customers and employees. 

Our delivery partner Australia Post is experiencing delays and has warned us that packages will be delayed, please ensure you place your order in plenty of time.  Express shipping is being prioritised but in some locations can still take up to 7 days.

 

Does someone need to sign for the order; or can you leave it somewhere?

Yes, it is a legal requirement for someone over 18 years of age to sign for your cocktail box. If there is no one home the delivery company Australia Post will leave a card for the customer to collect from their local post office.  Remember to bring your ID when you go to pick it up!

  

My order arrived damaged, What do I do?

I didn’t get my cocktail box. What should I do?


Oh No! You should have received parcel tracking information from Australia Post who deliver all our cocktail boxes. The best thing is to track your parcel via your email link or to get in contact with them directly. Remember that if they tried to deliver and no one was home they will have left a card & emailed you information so have a look for that too!

 

My kit doesn't contain the same as the picture

We are so sorry!  Due to supply limitations during Covid-19 we have had issues getting enough stock so we may need to replace some ingredients with another similar products.  Every item we include in our kits is only the best quality and is personally researched to ensure we have the best available for you.

 

What is Cocktail Porter?

Only every cocktail lover’s favourite new delivery service. Our team of bartenders create hand crafted cocktail kits and bottled cocktails so that you can enjoy bar quality cocktails in the comfort of your own home.

 

Seasonal Subscription Box or One Off Cocktail Box- Which is Right for Me?

a) Seasonal Subscription Box - this is perfect if you like to like to indulging with a limited edition cocktail each season or want to take your hosting and cocktail skills to the next level. Each season you will receive a limited edition cocktail box with the spirits, ingredients & instructions to whip up cocktails like a pro. More on Seasonal Subscription boxes below. 

b) One Off Cocktail Boxes - If you want to taste test the cocktails before signing up to  subscription or have a special occasion coming up that calls for something more than rosé then this is for you. We take all the hard bits (shopping, planning & researching) away and leave you to do the fun (making the drinks and looking like a pro).

 

What’s included in the box?

Each cocktail box includes premium spirits, boutique ingredients and step by step instructions to make 14-18 serves of one specific cocktail.

 

Do I need to buy anything?

Depends on which product you are looking at. We detail exactly what you will need and what comes with the package on each product's page. 

 

How many cocktails can I make?

Each box makes between 14-18 serves. That’s only $7.50 -$10 per cocktail depending on your chosen cocktail.

 

What equipment will I need?

The equipment you need is listed on each product page so there aren’t any surprises when it comes to making your drinks. Our basic cocktail kit starting at $55 is the most popular option for people who want to have the right tools for the job.

I want to know what next season’s Cocktail is. When can I find out?

We reveal each new box the season before on our site, our social channels and through our monthly newsletter.  Seasonal Subscription Boxes are: February, May, August & November 2021. More information here 

 

Delivery of Seasonal Subscription Boxes?

All Seasonal Subscription Boxes are packed and shipped on the 14th of each the following months: February, May, August & November.

You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Billing occurs on the 8th of these months (February, May, August & November) so just make sure to do it before then or you might get charged.

 

Can I skip a season's cocktail Box but still keep my subscription?

Absolutely. Our subscription is flexible which means you can pause or cancel it at any time by logging into you account here. Just remember that charges are billed on the 8th of each of the following and shipped on the 14th of each of these months: February, May, August & November.

 

What are my payment options? When will you process my payment for each Seasonal Subscription Box ?

We use Shopify to process payments. Options include all Australian debit and credit cards, including American Express.

If you have chosen a Seasonal Subscription box, your payment will be processed the same day, or within the next 48 hours (depending on your bank). This will then repeat on the 8th for every season you have an upcoming subscription with Cocktail Porter, these months are February, May, August & November.

If you have ordered a One Off Cocktail Box or bar accessory, your payment will be processed the same day or within the next 48 hours (depending on your bank) as a one-off payment.
