Take Don Julio Blanco, shake it up with Soda Press Grapefruit, add a dash of Triple Sec and a fresh squeeze of lime. Shake to perfection and spice things up with the addition of Sriracha or Citrus flavoured-salts. 

Espresso Martini 

Ketel One Vodka is combined with coffee liqueur and premium cold drip coffee and shaken hard to create that infamous foamy top. 

Lemon Sherbet Cosmo

Shaking up Italian bitter liqueur, vodka and plum nectar with our house sherbet syrup. This cocktail references all the best dark fruit flavours with a spice garnish.

Skinny Pina Colada 

Everyone’s favourite holiday tipple without the extra calories! Our Skinny Piña Colada gets a vibrant makeover with Pampero Blanco rum, ‘no sugar’ pineapple Tepache, light coconut milk and fresh lime. 

Classic Negroni (Coming back soon!)

A simple, yet perfect cocktail, made from equal parts Tanquarey London dry gin, vermouth rosso and Italian Bitter Liqueur. Serve up in a rock over a large block of ice and garnished with orange peel.
